Hello everyone, I am your VP Education for the 2026/2027 academic year. I am a graduate with a BA Acting and an MA Drama. I love horror films, especially the Scream franchise (Scream 2 will forever be my favourite), and I am equally inspired by art and music. One of the pieces that has stayed with me the most is Eugène Delacroix’s Liberty Leading the People.
When I’m not watching films or exploring art, you’ll usually find me listening to podcasts and music, learning something new, or diving into history. Curiosity is a big part of who I am. Most importantly, I’m passionate about improving the student experience. I am proud of the work we have already started and I am excited to keep building on it.

I will work to strengthen the student voice by closing the feedback loop and advocating for transparent follow-up to ensure your voice is heard.
CREATING ACCESSIBLE LEARNING FOR ALL
I will advocate for teaching and learning that meets diverse needs, from accessible materials to inclusive classroom practices.
ENSURING COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR ACADEMIC JOURNEY
I will collaborate with faculties to address academic pressure, promoting practices that support your wellbeing during high-stress periods.
The Officers’ joint priorities
Help you look after yourself and each other
We will focus on wellbeing and health campaigns such as SHAG week, Movember and CoppaFeel, causes we feel are extremely important to raise awareness for, as they could affect so many students. We feel that looking after yourself is so important especially when uni gets tough sometimes.
Help you maximise your time at university
We want to help you maximise your time at uni through accreditation for sports and society committee members that they can show to future employers, and opportunities for students to get involved, whether they live in Chester or they commute. After all you pay loads to be here, you should be able to make the most of it!
Be part of the Chester community
A major part of our work this year is ensuring everyone feels part of the UoC community, whether you are in Warrington, Birkenhead or one of our Chester sites. We plan to support students to really feel part of the local community too, working with local stakeholders to give you opportunities, such as getting your voice heard in the first Mayoral election in the area, which could have a major effect on what student life is like.
